Informative August 24, 2009 Robert McGuire (New York) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great layman's guide to astronomy and questions about space and the universe. It is a short concise collection of questions that someone who knows very little about astronomy, someone like me, might ask. Then it does a very good job answering all those questions in the span of just a few pages for each chapter. Also great for those who want to learn something but have short attention spans.Turn Left at Orion: A Hundred Night Sky Objects to See in a Small Telescope--and How to Find Them
Fantastic! August 26, 2009 Glenn Anderson 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I loved this book!
Its so easy to read and so fun to think about the information here. I bet there isn't one person who couldn't read and understand the topics discussed by Mr. Nakagawa.
Despite the fact that he speaks about things as confusing and strange as the nature of the universe, about space-time and gravity, it was so fun and easy!
also the little crayon diagrams he draws are great.
One of those rare books that kids and adults can enjoy to the same amount!

Great! September 2, 2009 Megan Hewitt 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was skeptical when I heard the claim to be the "world's easiest" when i first picked up this book, but it truly is an appropriate title. I do not have any background studying astronomy but I was engaged with the book from cover to cover. It was visually appealing and accessible for inquisitive minds of all ages. Great!
